Life can feel overwhelming when anxiety, trauma, ADHD, perfectionism, burnout, or relationship challenges get in the way. Therapy provides a space to understand what’s happening, build practical coping strategies, and create meaningful, lasting change.
I offer in-person therapy in Barre, Vermont, as well as telehealth services throughout Vermont and Maryland. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and tailored to your needs.
I’ve spent over 20 years working with teens, young adults, and adults navigating anxiety, trauma, ADHD, and life’s bigger transitions — including 15 years in clinical leadership at a residential treatment program. My approach draws from EMDR, CBT, DBT, and other evidence-based methods, tailored to what actually helps you move forward.
