I offer therapy for teens, young adults, adults, and families in Barre, Vermont, and via telehealth throughout Vermont and Maryland. Below is an overview of what I offer. If you’re not sure which is the right fit, reach out and we can figure it out together.
For when something feels stuck and talking alone hasn’t been enough. EMDR helps you get to the root of what’s keeping you there, not just manage what’s on the surface.
One-on-one support for teens, young adults, and adults working through anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, ADHD, autism, perfectionism, burnout, or a major life transition.
CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy)
A practical, skills-based approach I use often, especially for anxiety and depression. It’s actually my natural default way of thinking through a problem.
DBT (Dialectical Behavior Therapy)
Skills for distress tolerance, mindfulness, interpersonal effectiveness, and emotion regulation, woven into our work together or used as a more targeted, structured approach.
ERP (Exposure and Response Prevention)
The gold-standard treatment for OCD, and effective for phobias, social anxiety, and other anxiety disorders too. Built around a personalized exposure hierarchy we create together.
Most of the families I work with are a parent or parents and their child, working through something together. I help each person feel heard, then teach the family how to communicate better with one another.
We work on communication, trust, and the patterns underneath — including the ones where a reaction that seems out of proportion turns out to be connected to something much earlier.
Practical guidance and support for parents navigating their child’s challenges.
A space for men to work through anxiety, stress, and the pressures of everyday life.
If you’d like to talk through what might be the right fit, I’d be happy to connect.
